Special Issue of Food Research International

Submit your IUFoST 2010 presentation for publication in Food Research International!

Oral and poster presenters at the 15th IUFoST World Congress for Food Science & Technology in Cape Town can submit full papers of their presentations to Food Research International, an Elsevier peer-reviewed journal, for possible publication in a Special Issue of the journal, due for publication in mid-2011. Food Research International's Impact Factor of 2.414 ranks it 14 out of 118 titles in the food science and technology category of the 2009 Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports.

Submission of manuscripts can be done at http://ees.elsevier.com/foodres/, where 'Guide for Authors' and 'Tutorial for Authors' can be found.

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that authors select 'Special Issue: IUFoST 2010' when they reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process.

The Submission system will open from 9th August, 2010, and the deadline for submissions is 31th October, 2010.

Submissions are subjected to a peer-review process and therefore, submission not not guarantee publication in the journal.
